为了宣传素食真的是无所不用其极，不过最后的落脚点很好，素食者并不是教条主义，如果和朋友在一起聚餐没有必要*着朋友也只吃素，聚会时无法避免吃荤就少吃一些，因为这并不会有违成为素食者的初衷。

actually i am a mostly vegan, on a transit to a true vegan. sometimes hard to avoid the dairy from processed food.
